Thank you for choosing to stay with us. Please find below the conditions to complete the reservation process.
Please note that we do not take provisional bookings and as such do not take your enquiry as a confirmed reservation until we have sent you confirmation thereof.
In order to confirm a reservation, the minimum amount payable on booking is your refundable deposit and administration fee. Proof thereof must be returned to us with the completed booking form. The balance of the payment is thereafter payable within seven days of initial payment. If you are depositing a cheque into the account please ensure that it is cleared at least three days before date of arrival. In the event that your requested dates are in the same week of your enquiry, payment must be made in full on booking.
Please note that for December reservations a deposit of twenty five percent of the total cost is required on booking and the balance is payable by the fifteen of October, we reserve the right to cancel any reservation where the payment is not made as per the above.
Please do not take your reservation as being confirmed once you have made a payment. A written confirmation will be sent to you once your deposit has payment has be cleared and your booking form has been received. If you do not receive this confirmation, please let us know.
In the event of a cancellation irrespective of the time frame, all monies received will be forfeited. Please note that in the event of any damages to the property or contents thereof, deposits will be forfeited and as the signatory on the booking form, you are liable for any further cost incurred as a result thereof. If you depart earlier than your departure date, no monies will be refunded.
No refunds will be given for any problems that are beyond our control for example a municipal power outage or interruption to water supply.
If the person making the enquiry is not the same as the signatory of booking form, please make them aware that as the signatory of the booking form they acknowledge receipt of the information with respect to the cottages, rules and booking information. They have read, understood and accept the rules, terms and conditions on which the cottage has be let, They fully understand and agree that on entry & whilst occupying their property the owners and management will not be held responsible or liable for any of the following:
- LOSS, THEFT AND/OR DAMAGE OF ANY PERSONAL BELONGINGS, CASH, JEWELLERY, EQUIPMENT AND/OR MOTOR VEHICLES
- PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH OR ILLNESS SUSTAINED OR SUFFERED BY WHATSOEVER CAUSE.
